01 — Ways to work together

Choose how you want to work with us

Depending on whether you have a socket workshop. Either way, the patient is yours and we back you up.

With a socket workshop

You make the socket, we provide the rest

Your clinic

  • You make the socket with your usual techniques.
  • You join it to the Limbium structure with our integration components.
  • You fit the assembly and deliver it to the patient.

Limbium

  • Forearm structure in the right size and sports terminals.
  • Components and instructions to integrate the socket.
  • Real-time technical support during assembly.

You keep control of the socket, which is your speciality.

How we work on a case together

  1. Patient intake

Your clinic identifies the patient and their goals: amputation level, functional and sporting needs, appearance and lifestyle.

  2. Measurements

You do the scan, or we do it for you. For bionic prostheses, the electrode sites are also located.

  3. Advice

We choose the solution together and help you with the catalogue code and the patient's funding.

  4. Manufacturing and delivery

We manufacture according to the collaboration model you choose and support you through fitting, delivery and follow-up.

FAQ

Questions from clinics

Do I need my own workshop to work with Limbium?

No. If you do not have a socket workshop, we design and make the complete prosthesis and your clinic manages the relationship with the patient, the fitting and the follow-up. If you do, you make the socket and we provide the rest.

Who takes the patient's measurements?

Whatever suits you best: with your own 3D scanner or measuring techniques, and we validate the file; or we do it ourselves.

What training does my team receive?

Training on our products: assembly, fitting, use and maintenance, with guides and technical support by video call during your first cases and whenever you need it.
